Palestinian citizen killed, other injured in Zionist shelling of Shuja’iya neighborhood, Jabalia camp in Gaza

GAZA, May 13 (YPA) – A Palestinian citizen was killed, and others were injured, early Monday morning in an airstrike by Israeli warplanes on a house in the Shuja’iya neighborhood east of Gaza City, on the 220th day of the ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza Strip.

Palestinian sources stated that Israeli warplanes targeted a house in the Shuja’iya neighborhood, resulting in the death of a citizen and the injury of 10 others.

They added that several citizens were injured in Zionist artillery shelling of different areas in the Jabalia refugee camp in the northern Gaza Strip, in conjunction with airstrikes on densely populated residential areas in Block 2 and Block 4 in the camp.

Israeli military vehicles penetrated into the center of the Jabalia camp, firing heavily at shelters within the camp, while Israeli forces forced hundreds of citizens to leave the shelters.

Israeli forces also targeted ambulance vehicles attempting to move within the camp to reach the injured.
