GAZA, May 12 (YPA) – Palestine’s Telecommunications Company (Paltel) announced there is disruption to the fixed wireless internet network in areas of the southern Gaza Strip.
“We regret to announce the cutting off fixed Internet services in areas of the southern Gaza Strip, due to the ongoing aggression,” the company said in a statement, adding that its crews are working hard to restore services as quickly as possible.”
Since last Tuesday, the Israeli occupation has intensified air and artillery bombardment on the city of Rafah, storming the Rafah border crossing from the Palestinian side, where about 1.4 million people reside, according to the United Nations, most of whom were displaced people from other areas.
