Seven Zionist soldiers injured after their vessel capsizes

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Jan. 18 (YPA) – At least seven Israeli soldiers were injured after the vessel they were on capsized in the middle of the sea, Hebrew media reported.

The incident took near the beach of the city of Ashkelon. The seven were taken to Barzilai Medical Center in Ashkelon for medical treatment.

A spokesperson for the Israeli occupation army said in a statement that seven Israeli soldiers were slightly injured during an incident at a base in the southern occupied territories.

He added that the soldiers were evacuated for treatment in the hospital and their families were notified.

The statement confirmed that an investigation is underway to uncover the circumstances of the incident.
