Israeli occupation puts its troops out of Gaza

GAZA, Jan. 06 (YPA) – The Israeli occupation army has begun to withdraw gradually from the areas of the Gaza and northern province to the so-called Gaza envelope areas, with the exception of Al-Tawam and Al-Maqousi Towers.

Arab and international media outlets reported on Saturday that the occupation also does not withdraw from Street 10 and its surroundings, which separate Gaza from the center.

“The areas of Bureij, Nuseirat, Al-Maghazi, Al-Mughraqa and Juhor ad-Dik in the central region are witnessing moderate battles with intense Israeli artillery shelling,” the sources indicated. Khan Yunis is experiencing the heavy clashes, especially the downtown axis, Jalal Street and Al-Katiba Street.”

The sources added, “The occupation forces do not advance in the areas of Khuza’a, Abasan, and the northern eastern areas of Bani Suheila due to the resistance’s response.”

The sources stressed that “Rafah is witnessing intermittent air attac, while airstrikes are continuing throughout the Strip.”
