OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Dec. 29 (YPA) – The Palestinian young man, Ahmed Alian, carried out a stabbing attack at the Mazmoria checkpoint, which separates Jerusalem from Bethlehem in the occupied West Bank, on Thursday evening, which led to injuries among the occupation soldiers.
He was fatally shot by Israeli occupation forces last night near the Mizmoria checkpoint, according to local sources.
The Israeli occupation authorities claimed Ahmad Alian, a Palestinian from Jabal al-Mukaber neighborhood of occupied Jerusalem, attempted a stabbing attack that allegedly targeted Israeli occupation police officers manning the checkpoint.
For its part, Hebrew media reported that two soldiers were injured, one of them in a serious condition.
Ahmed Alian is considered one of the Palestinian football players. He represented the Jabal Mukaber team in Jerusalem and the Mount Olive team, and he was one of the best players.
He was distinguished by his high skill and fighting spirit, and he was the cousin of the martyr Bahaa Alian, who carried out a martyrdom operation in October 2015.
