Palestine Resistance shoots down reconnaissance drone in Gaza

GAZA, Dec. 28 (YPA) – Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas’s Islamic Resistance Movement, shot down on Thursday a Israeli Skylark-2 tactical reconnaissance drone in the Tal al-Zatar neighbourhood of Gaza.

Al-Qassam said in a statement it fighters destroyed a Merkava tank and two Israeli troop carriers with “Al-Yassin 105” shells, as well as to targeting concentrations of enemy soldiers and vehicles, east of the city of Khan Yunis.

The statement also affirmed the fighters targeted a Zionist tank with an “Al-Yassin 105” shell, east of Al-Maghazi camp, in addition violent clashes broke out in the vicinity of the Bureij camp in the central Gaza Strip.
