Four citizens injured in Hadramout attack

HADRMOUT, Nov. 04 (YPA) – Four citizens, including two women and two children, were injured in the attack that targeted their house in Al-Qatn area, northwest of the city of Shibam Hadramout.

Sources familiar with the matter said that a number of gunmen targeted the house of citizen, Yaslam bin Awad Basanqab, in Shaab al-Bir area with a barrage of fire, followed by the detonation of 4 hand grenades.

The sources added that citizens were able to rescue the wounded to Al-Qatn Hospital, indicating that one of the women was in critical health condition.

The attack created a state of panic among the people of the area, the sources added.
