Over 55 Palestinians killed due to overnight Zionist airstrikes on Gaza Strip

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Oct. 22 (YPA) – Over 55 Palestinians have been killed by overnight airstrikes launched by the Zionist entity in the Gaza Strip, the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas said on Sunday, as the Israeli forces intensified their strikes on the besieged Strip.

The head of the Government Information Office, Salama Marouf, reported that more than 55 were martyred from 1:00 until 6:00 in the morning,” in addition to the destruction of “more than 30 homes.”

A short while ago, the Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Hamas movement, said that it had bombed Tel Aviv “in response to the Zionist massacres against civilians.”

Since Saturday, Israeli forces have intensified their raids on various areas in the Gaza Strip and renewed their calls for residents of northern Gaza to head south.
