Yemeni Parliament in Sanaa blesses “Al-Aqsa Flood” operation

SANAA, Oct. 07 (YPA) – Yemeni Parliament based in the capital, Sanaa, on Saturday blessed the heroic, large-scale “Al-Aqsa Flood” operation on Saturday, congratulating the struggling Palestinian people and their heroic resistance on the success of the operation.

The Parliament confirmed in a statement the firm position of Yemen’s parliament, government, and people in support of the Palestinian people and heroic resistance in the battle of defending Palestine and the nation’s sanctities against the occupying Zionist enemy entity.

The statement called on the parliaments, states, and peoples of the Arab and Islamic nation and the free people of the world to support the Palestinian people and their valiant resistance, at the forefront of which are the countries of the axis of resistance.

The Parliament called on the countries that rushed for normalization to revise their accounts and positions, respect the will of their people, and stop all forms of normalization.

In a related context, the Parliament condemned the criminal attack that targeted the graduation ceremony of military college students in the Syrian city of Homs, which killed and injured dozens of civilians and soldiers.

In its statement, the Parliament reiterated Yemen’s firm position against extremism and terrorism in all its forms, stressing its solidarity with the brotherly Syrian people.

In its session, headed by Speaker Yahya Ali Al-Rai, the Parliament denounced the violations and crimes of the US-backed Saudi-led coalition in the occupied governorates, the latest of which is the crime of storming the home of a citizen in the city of Mukalla in Hadramout governorate and arresting him and eight members of his family, including children.

The Parliament held the aggression coalition countries and their tools criminally and legally responsible for these crimes, calling the international community and international and humanitarian organizations to condemn these acts and work to hold their perpetrators accountable.
