STC officially calims responsibility for raiding citizens’ homes in Mukalla

MUKALLA, Oct. 04 (YPA) – The UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) officially claimed responsibility for raiding citizens’ homes in Mukalla, Hadramout governorate, eastern Yemen.

“Blessed the efforts of Hadramout Governor Mabkhout Bin Madi, blessed the elite forces and their brave men in pursuing elements outside the law and order,”Saleh Abu Audhal, editor-in-chief of the Al-Youm Althamen newspaper, said in a post on his X account.

The so-called Supreme Security Committee in Hadramout approved in its meeting on Tuesday, headed by Governor Bin Madi, the continuation of the security campaign and the arrest of what it called outlaws, in a clear adoption of the raid on citizens’ homes in Mukalla by the STC.

In addition, activists on social media revealed the names of those arrested by the UAE-backed STC factions from Beit (Al-Hiqi) during their campaign on the homes of activists and politicians opposed to them in the province.

The activists explained that the STC factions arrested nine people from Beit al-Hiqi, four of them minors.  their names as the following

  • Mujahid Al-Hiqi,
  • His father of Mujahid Muhammad Yaslam Al-Hiqi,
  • Saleh delivers Al-Hiqi
  • Abdul Majeed Yaslam Al-Hiqi
  • Marwan Mohammed Al-Hiqi
  • Siban Abdul Majeed Al-Hiqi, age 17 years
  • Osama Saleh Al-Hiqi age 17 years
  • Mohammed Saleh Al-Hiqi, age 13 years
  • Omar Saleh Al-Hiqi (age 12 years).
