Saudi Arabia deploys on streets of Aden

ADEN, Oct. 01 (YPA) – Saudi military and armored vehicles were deployed on the streets of the coalition-controlled city of Aden on Sunday in response to provocations by UAE-backed factions.

Informed sources said that dozens of armed elements belonging to the “Shield of Homeland” factions established by Saudi Arabia from radical Salafist groups deployed aboard military and armored vehicles in Khur Maksar area, in addition to the vicinity of the headquarters of the Saudi forces in Buriqa area, in response to the Emirati provocations.

The sources mentioned that the Saudi military suspicious moves come after a heavy deployment of elements of UAE-backed “Southern Transitional Council” near one of the camps belonging to “Shield of Homeland” in the region.
