Riyal continues to deteriorate against foreign currencies in southern provinces

SANAA, Sept. 05 (YPA) – The Yemeni riyal exchange rate continued to decline on Tuesday against foreign currencies in the southern and eastern provinces under the control of the Saudi-led coalition.
The exchange rate of the US dollar in Aden and Hadramout provinces recorded 1,468 Yemeni riyals, while the exchange rate of the Saudi riyal hit 387 riyals.
Meanwhile, the riyal exchange maintained stability in areas under the control of the Sanaa government at 530 riyals to the US dollar and 140.50 riyals to the Saudi riyal.
