STC accuses Saudi Arabia of torturing Aden people

ADEN, Aug. 22 (YPA) – The UAE-affiliated Southern Transitional Council (STC) militias has officially accused Saudi Arabia of being behind the practice of mass torture of citizens in the city of Aden and the rest of the southern provinces.

“They torture people with electricity and services in order to pressure the STC to make concessions in the file of the southern issue,” referring to Saudi Arabia,” Fadl Al-Jaadi, a member of the Presidency of the STC, said in his post on X platform.

“They do not know that the southern issue is the issue of all the people of the southern provinces,” Al-Jaadi added.” The STC is nothing but its political bearer and authorized to defend it.”
