LAHJ, Aug. 05 (YPA) – Gunmen believed to belong to Islah party factions attacked on Saturday one of the military points belonging to Amaliqa ”second brigade” in the province of Lahj, southern Yemen.
Local sources said that ”the attack targeted a military post belonging to the second brigade led by Salafi Hamdi Shoukry al-Subaihi in the coastal area of Tur Al-Baha, leaving at least two wounded”, without giving details.
The sources added that the gunmen attacked the recruits at the point with a hail of fire and then fled to an unknown destination, indicating that the wounded who were transferred to one of the city’s hospitals are in serious condition.
