Two Palestinians injured by Israeli occupation forces gunfire near Ramallah

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, July 31 (YPA) – At least two Palestinian youths were injured today by Israeli occupation forces gunfire when they broke into the town of al-Mughayyer, east of Ramallah, Palestinian local sources said.

According to the sources, the occupation soldiers accompanied by bulldozers broke into the town to destroy the park located in the eastern part of the town.

Youths confronted the occupation soldiers with stones and the soldiers fired back live bullets, tear gas and sound bombs causing two injuries from live bullets in the hand and the leg and dozens of suffocation cases.

One person was also detained at his home, said the sources.

Al-Mughayyer village is subjected to constant violations by the occupation forces and settlers, with the aim of seizing its land to build Zionist settlements.
