Protests condemning deterioration of services continue in Aden

ADEN, July 19 (YPA) – Popular discontent protests against the economic collapse and the government’s corruption continued on Tuesday in the city of Aden, southern Yemen, for the sixth day in a row.

Angry protesters organized a vigil in “Al-Aroud” Square in Khormaksar district and chanted slogans calling for the overthrow of the government and the “Presidential Leadership Council” loyal to the Saudi-led coalition.

The protestors stressed that “the coalition and its loyalists are the root of all the calamities and collapse that Yemen suffers from.”
