Meteorology expects rainfall prevailing over various areas of Yemen

SANAA, July. 18 (YPA) – The National Center of Meteorology expected rainfall prevailing over the various areas of Yemeni provinces.

The center affirmed that the heavy to light rains may fall on the areas of Hadramout, Shabwa, Abyan, Bayda, Taiz, Ibb, Dhalea, Dhamar, Mahweet, Sanaa, Rayma, Lahj, Maribm Mahra, and Hadramout.

The weather is expected to be heat during the day in desert areas and internal plateaus, with maximum temperatures ranging between 38-44 C, in addition to the maximum temperatures ranging between 33-39 C, on the coastal areas and the Socotra archipelago.

It is possible that the winds will be active around the Socotra archipelago and parts of the southern and eastern coasts, with speeds ranging between 25-55 knots, working on sea wave height.

The center warned citizens against being present or crossing the water passages, as well as from rainfall and low horizontal visibility.
