TAIZ, June 28 (YPA) – The Minister of Defense in the Sanaa government, Major General Mohammed Al-Atifi, affirmed that Sanaa forces will not retreat from the liberation of Yemen, stressing that no invader will remains in Yemeni territory.

This came during his visit today to inspect conditions of the fighters from the Fourth Military Region stationed in the Taiz axis.

Major General Al-Atifi said: “We are preparing to liberate Yemen from aggression and from those who occupy Yemeni territory, whether Emirati or Saudi or whomever behind them, or those who fight along with them. We are not against Yemenis at all.”

He pointed out that the Yemeni people continue to pressure the supreme political council and military leadership to put an end to the state of no peace and no war.

Al-Atifi added: “It is no longer acceptable to continue this current scene, because such a situation only serves the enemies. We cannot accept it. We have prepared ourselves and we have what hurts them most .”

The Minister of Defense explained that there is a conspiracy against Yemeni unity, and there is support and calls for secession from the Saudi-led coalition countries, and from external forces, led by the ephemeral Zionist enemy.

“It is the Yemeni people who will defend unity from Saada to Mahra and from Socotra to Mayun,” he affirmed.
