Sanaa addresses international community on peace in Yemen

SANAA, June 22 (YPA) – Deputy Prime Minister of the Sanaa Government for Defense and Security Affairs, Jalal Al-Ruwaishan, sent a message to the international community on making peace in Yemen.

“The Yemeni people is extending its hand for a just, honorable and courageous peace and will not give up its principles for which it fought,” Al-Ruwaishan said.

This came in a speech he delivered during the graduation ceremony of a new batch of personnel of the Ministry of Interior.

“Sana’a is a state governed by the constitution and the law and run by institutions in which we see a true embodiment of the concept of security,” he added.

He went on to say, “the armed and security forces have entered the ninth year of steadfastness, with greater faith and wise leadership, and a unified internal front.”
