New decisions issued to regulate exchange companies’ work in Sanaa

SANAA, May 02 (YPA) – The Governor of the Central Bank in Sanaa issued on Monday Decision No. 4 for the year 1444 AH regarding the capital of exchange companies and facilities and cash guarantees.

The decision articles stipulated the minimum amounts of paid-up capital for licenses to practice money exchange business.

The Central Bank’s governor also issued Decision No. 5 for the year 1444 AH on regulating the sites of exchange companies and facilities and renewing licenses.
