Sayyed Abdulmalik Al-Houthi urges Muslims worldwide to commemorate Int’l Quds Day
SANAA, April 13 (YPA) – The Leader of the Yemeni Revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, on Thursday called on the sons of the Islamic nation to commemorate International Quds Day.
This came in a speech he delivered on Thursday evening, during the al-Quds platform forum for the leaders and personalities of the resistance axis.
Sayyed Al-Houthi affirmed that Imam Khomeini declared the International Quds Day in order for the issue of Palestine to remain alive in the hearts of Muslims, noting that the Quds Day is meant to awaken the Islamic peoples and contribute to their search for the correct vision to reach the inevitable result in the divine promise to achieve a decisive victory.
He explained that Quds Day is a day of general mobilization for Muslims to confront the Zionist Jews and work to defeat them as a holy jihad and hostility to them as a faith and humanitarian responsibility.
The Revolution Leader stated that the Yemeni people adhere to their faith identity and are present in the squares to express their support for the Palestinian people despite the scale of the aggression.
