ADEN, Feb. 06 (YPA) – Tow leaders of the UAE-funded Southern Transitional Council (STC) militais survived on Monday an assassination attempt in the center of the city of Aden, which is under the control of the Saudi-led coalition.
Sources fimailer with the matte said that unknown gunmen on a car, believed to belong to factions loyal to Saudi Arabia, opened fire on the so-called “Deputy Staff of the Infantry Brigades” of the STC, Azmi Thabet Hassan Al-Rahwi, and the leader of the so-called “Joint Operations,” Anis Mohammed Nasser Al-Sarhi, in Mansoura area.
The sources indicated that the gunmen hit Al-Rahwi’s car with a number of bullets and fled.
