SANAA, Jan. 01 (YPA) – Chief advisor to o the President of the Turkish regime, Yasin Aktay, called on the regime to occupy the city of Aleppo in northern Syria, in order to return millions of Syrian refugees in his country.
Aktay said, in an interview with a TV channel close to the Turkish regime, that controlling the city of Aleppo in northern Syria would ensure the implementation of the plan to return millions of Syrian refugees fast.
The statement, which comes days after Moscow’s tripartite meeting between the defense ministers of Russia, the Syrian government, and the Turkish regime, to discuss normalization between Damascus and Ankara, confirmed the validity of reports that Turkey still adhering to the so-called the “Milli Charter,” which calls for the occupation of several areas in northern Syria and Iraq, especially Aleppo and Mosul.
