Two killed, several injured after shooting incident in central Paris

WORLD, Dec. 23 (YPA) – At least two people were killed and four injured in a shooting near a Kurdish cultural center in central Paris on Friday, police reported.

Paris police said they were dealing with the incident and urged residents to stay away from the area.

According to media sources, a 69-year-old man had been arrested and was in detention.

Police did not indicate the motives of the alleged shooter.
