AMRAN, Dec. 03 (YPA) – A Yemeni woman in her thirties gave birth to female triplets, at Amran General Hospital for Motherhood and Childhood, in a rare birth.
This is the third birth case that the hospital had witnessed.
Director of the Maternity and Childhood Hospital in Amran, Dr. Hadi Al-Hamzi, confirmed that a woman from Jabal Eyal Yazid district gave birth to female triplets, indicating that the medical staff succeeded in helping the mother to give birth naturally.
He explained that the mother and her three female babies are in good health and their condition is stable, indicating that this birth is the second in the hospital during the month, according to Yemen News Agency “Saba”.
Al-Hamzi hospital praised the role of the medical team in the obstetric emergency department and their medical efforts in improving health care services in light of the exceptional phase due to the war and the blockade on Yemen.
