SANAA, Nov. 20 (YPA) – A cold wave is expected to continue in a number of the Yemeni provinces during the coming 24 hours, according to the National Center of Meteorology.
The center affirmed in its weather bulletin on Sunday that the wave would hit the provinces of Abyan, Lahj, Ibb, Dhalea, and Jawf, as well as large parts of the desert areas, with the possibility of active winds reaching a maximum speed of 27 knots over the southern Red Sea and the entrance to Bab Al-Mandab.
It advised citizens to wear appropriate winter clothes and to safely use heating means to prevent the cold weather.
