Report: Yemen army inflicts Saudi troops heavy losses in several front lines

SANAA, June 26 (YPA) – The Yemen army inflicted Saudi troops heavy losses in lives and equipment in several front lines during the past hours, a military official told Yemen Press Agency on Tuesday.

In the Yemen’s western coast, a military battalion of militiamen commander and six of his companions were killed in military operations of engineering unit of the army, destroying six military vehicles.

Also in the western coast, of a weapons store and a military equipment, which located in one of the most important points of logistical support for the enemy forces in Duraihimi area, were destroyed when the army targeted it by artillery shells.

In border front, the  army eliminated a Sudanese military force who tried to infiltrate toward Masane’a mount in front of Alb border crossing, failed to withdraw the bodies of their dead and wounded from the attack area.

In Taiz front, the army foiled two attacks of Saudi-backed militiamen in Qubaidha, inflicting the militiamen heavy losses in lives and equipment.

Also in Taiz, an infiltration of Saudi force and its militiamen was repelled in Sawda and Hamra hill in Hamir area by the army, causing heavy losses in the ranks of the enemy.

In Nehm front, the army s repelled a large-scale offensive of the enemy force and its militiamen in Ribah hill and nearby sites, killing and wounding dozens of the militiamen.

In Lahj front, military engineering unit targeted a military vehicle of the Saudi-backed militiamen in Karsh district, killing all its crew.

The military official confirmed the continuation of operations according to military tactics in several fronts, which target the coalition invaders forces , their leaders and sites.
