Meteorology expects scattered showers in some Yemeni provinces

SANAA, Oct. 06 (YPA) – Scattered showers are expected to fall in some Yemeni provinces during the coming 24 hours, according to the National Center of Meteorology.

In its weather bulletin on Thursday, the center stated that the rain of varying intensity would prevail over the provinces of Lahj, Taiz, Ibb, Dhalea, Raymah, Abyan, Shabwa, and southern Hadramout, as well as Mahweet, Hajjah, Saada, western Dhamar, Sanaa, and Amran.

The center warned the citizens of the flow of torrents in water ways and valleys, and of the low horizontal visibility on mountainous roads due to the formation of fog.
