Rockslides close main road linking Badbada district in Marib with Sanaa province

MARIB, Aug. 20 (YPA) – Rockslides due to heavy rains on Friday blocked the main road linking the district of Badbada in Marib – Sanaa governorates.

A local source explained to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that the heavy rains witnessed in the district of Badbada caused rockslides on the main road and led to the closing of the road and deprived citizens of entry into or exit from the directorate.

The people of the district of Badbada  appealed to the competent authorities to move urgently to open the road, as it is the main and only artery of the people of the directorate.
