Southern academic: Situation in Yemen’s south is very bad

ADEN, Aug. 04 (YPA) – The Yemeni academician at the University of Aden, Abdulrahman Al-Wali, said on Thursday that the situation in the south “is very bad.”

In a tweet on his account on Twitter, Al-Wali explained that the Saudi-led coalition is deliberately distracting the efforts of the southern forces and components, and working to bring back its allies in the General People’s Congress (GPC) Party and Islah Party to implement its plans in southern Yemen according to the desire of Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

He added: “The inside is busy running behind for a living and the outside has proven its failure,” referring to the starvation policies practiced by the coalition against the Yemeni people.
