3 gunmen killed in Shabwa armed clashes

SHABWA, June. 27 (YPA) – About 3 gunmen were killed and another one was injured on Monday in an armed clashes in Shabwa province, east of Yemen.

Tribal sources affirmed that the clashes erupted between Al-Askar and Al-Dawla tribes in Nisab near Markha area to the tribal revenges.

The cycle of fighting between the Shabwa tribes expanded, after the UAE took control of the province at the end of last December, amid mutual attacks between Saudi-backed Islah militants and the UAE-funded militia, which left about 15 dead and wounded during the past weeks.
