134 violations of UN-declared truce recorded in Yemen

SANAA, May 22 (YPA) – The US-backed Saudi-led aggression coalition forces and their mercenaries have committed 134 violations of the humanitarian and military truce, the official Yemeni news agency Saba reported on Saturday, citing a military source.

According to the military source, 52 armed reconnaissance aircrafts flew over Marib, Taiz Jawf, Hajjah, Saada, Bayda, Dhalea and border fronts.

The source affirmed that new combat fortifications were created around Marib city.

The source pointed out that 13 violations by an artillery bombing targeted the army’s sites in Al-Balq Al-Sharqi, Malaa, Serwah areas of Marib, Bani Hassan area of Hajjah, and Al-Madafin area of Saada.

He also said that artillery shelling hit the army’s sites in Al-Fakhitha, Jabal Twilq and Al-Kanb Al-Qadim areas of Jizan region.

In addition, the source declared that 68 breaches were recorded, with heavy shooting at citizens’ homes and sites of the army and popular committees in Marib, Taiz, Hajjah, Saada,Bayda, Dhalea and border fronts.
