SANAA, May 15 (YPA) – Member of National Delegation, Abdul-Malik Al-Ajri, held UN and Saudi-led aggression coalition responsible for obstructing the military and humanitarian truce, which is nearing its end.
In a statement to Almasirah, Al-Ajri said, that the aggression have not yet demonstrated seriousness towards peace, and they relish the suffering of Yemeni people, and they wish to obstruct any interest of Yemeni people.
He added that the approval of the truce agreement was to cut the way in front of the pretexts of aggression, which were alleging that Salvation Government rejects calls for peace.
Al-Ajri pointed out that the truce was a test of the intentions of the countries of aggression, and exposed the falseness of their calls for peace.
According to Abdul-Malik Al-Ajri, the coalition used various excuses from the beginning to obstruct the opening of Sana’a International Airport, pointing out that the students and patients who benefit from the opening of Sana’a Airport are, however, obstructing the opening of the airport.
He stated that the performance of the UN was disappointing. It was expected from UN that it would be unable to sponsor the truce until its implementation, explaining that the national party agreed to the truce to alleviate the suffering of Yemeni people, but the performance of the other party confirms the correctness of the position towards lifting the siege.
Al-Ajri added, “We tried to show restraint so that the argument would be clear to everyone against the countries of aggression, yet the obstacles persist.”
Al-Ajri explained that the US-Saudi aggression wants to stop military actions so that their countries are not bombed and then keep Yemen under the reality of the crisis in order to explode the situation from the inside, stressing that the US-Saudi mercenaries do not have any decision in the siege, and that the countries of the aggression are responsible and concerned, even if they try to put their mercenaries in the forefront.
He indicated that the bodies affiliated with the mercenaries of the aggression were formed by foreign powers, and they do not represent Yemeni people and have nothing to do with it, noting that most countries of the world deal with passports issued by various governorates of the Republic of Yemen.
