Coalition admits its military defeat in Yemen

SANAA, April 07 (YPA) – Saudi-run consultations of the Yemeni forces loyal to the coalition forces concluded in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, holing the coalition the crushing defeat in the its war on Yemen for 7 years.

In the final statement, the coalition countries, led by Saudi Arabia, acknowledged the failure of what they described as military solutions in Yemen, which launched on March 26, 2015.

The statement called for the formation of reconciliation committees with all Yemeni parties, and to stay away points of contention from the negotiating table.
