YGC augurs near easing of domestic gas crisis in Sanaa

SANAA, March 30 (YPA) – The Yemeni Gas Company confirmed the arrival of a number of domestic gas trailers produced from Safer to the capital Sanaa.

The company announced the resumption of the implementation of the supply program through the headband of gas arriving from Safer starting on Thursday, where 149 points will be dropped in the Capital and at the specified price of 5900 riyals per cylinder.

The company’s spokesman Ali Me’asar explained that the company will allocate 22 stations for distribution through the head of Neighborhoods and districts, to those who wanted from citizens at commercial price of 8225 riyals for the cylinder.

He pointed out that the sale of citizens in these stations will be in accordance with the mechanism through the presence of officials in the stations with statements to introduce citizens in order to prevent the withdrawal of quantities in favor of the black market.
