SANAA, March 20 (YPA) – The Yemeni armed forces have launched a large-scale operation against vital economic targets and facilities deep in Saudi Arabia, in response to the continued Saudi war and blockade against the Yemeni people.
In a statement on Sunday morning, Yemeni Armed Forces Spokesman Brigadier General Yahya Sarie confirmed the launch of a military offensive dubbed Operation Second Breaking of the Siege, targeting a number of Aramco’s vital facilities in Riyadh, Yanbu and other areas with ballistic missiles and drones.
The operation hit a number of vital and important targets in Abha, Khamis Mushit, Jizan, Samtah and Dhahran Al-Janoub with series of missiles and drones, he added.
Brigadier General Yahya Sarie confirmed “the Yemeni armed forces, with help of God, would carry out qualitative military operations to break the unjust blockade that will include sensitive targets which had not been envisaged in the minds of the criminal enemy.
The armed forces have integrated coordinates within a private bank targets with a large number of vital sites that may be targeted at any moment, he explained.
The armed forces warned the Saudi enemy of the consequences of the continuation of the brutal siege on its facilities and economic projects.
