Fierce clashes renew between Yemeni army, coalition’s troops in Jawf

JAWF, March. 02 (YPA) – Fierce clashes renewed on Wednesday between the Yemeni army and coalition’s troops in the desert that separates Jawf and Saada provinces, local sources told Yemen Press Agency.

The sources said that Sanaa forces allowed for coalition’s troops to advance towards Al-Qathamil mountains then Sanaa forces carried out military involution and targeted the mercenaries with artillery shells, killing and injuring dozens of them, including commanders and recruits.

The sources declared that coalition’s forces inflicted heavy losses in lives and equipment during their failure infiltration and they withdrew to Al-Boqaa desert and Najran border province.
