Egypt’s Cassation Court upholds inclusion of 16 “Muslim Brotherhood” members in terrorism list

CAIRO, Feb. 26 (YPA) – The Egyptian Court of Cassation upheld on Saturday the criminal court’s decision to include Abdel Moneim Aboul Fotouh and 15 members of the Muslim Brotherhood on the list of terrorist entities.

The Cassation Court’s decision stipulated the inclusion of Aboul Fotouh and the other 15 Brotherhood leaders on the terrorism lists for five years, starting from the date of the issuance of the decision by the Criminal Court, with the legal implications.
