Sanaa’s delegation meets with EU officials in Oman

SANAA, Feb. (YPA) – Head of Sanaa negotiating delegation, Mohammed Abdul Salam, met on Wednesday, with the Director of the Middle East and North Africa Department at the European Union, Carl Hallergard, in the Omani capital, Muscat.

During the meeting, in the presence of the official of the Gulf and Yemen office in the European Union, and their assistants, the officials discussed the deteriorating humanitarian situation in Yemen and the effects of the blockade on the lives of Yemenis humanitarianly and economically.

The meeting also discussed the prospects for a political solution after ending the siege and stopping the war.
