Shura Council condemns coalition’s targeting of Telecom networks, towers
SANAA, Jan. 27 (YPA) – The Shura Council on Thursday condemned in the strongest terms the targeting of telecom networks and towers in several provinces by the US-Saudi-Emirati coalition.
In a statement issued today, the Shura Council affirmed that the bombing of telecommunications networks reveals the extent of the coalition’s hatred and its destructive goals against the Yemeni people.
The Council denounced the continuation of the coalition in not allowing the entry of oil derivatives ships despite granting them UN licenses.
In its statement, the council held the coalition countries led by the United States of America fully responsible for the humanitarian catastrophe due to the preventing of oil derivatives entry.
The statement called on human rights and humanitarian organizations and the free people of the world to stand in solidarity with the Yemeni people, who have been subjected to aggression and siege for seven years.
