Salvation Govt spokesperson hails Yemeni Navy’s qualitative operation

SANAA, Jan. 04 (YPA) – Spokesman for the National Salvation Government, Minister of Information Daifallah Al-Shami, on Tuesday hailed the qualitative operation of the Yemeni Navy by holding an Emirati military cargo ship that entered Yemeni waters and engaged in hostile acts.

“This operation comes within the framework of the legitimate right of the Yemeni people to confront the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression coalition and to protect the Yemeni coasts and waters,” Al-Shami said.

He considered that this qualitative operation a message to “the aggression forces” and an inauguration of a new phase of military operations that would have dire consequences for the Saudi-led coalition countries.

The information minister stressed that “the piracy that the aggression coalition is talking about represents in its detention of fuel ships in the Red Sea, in full view of the international community and the United Nations.”
