President Al-Mashat stresses importance of innovation to create bright future

SANAA, Nov. 02 (YPA) – President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi Al-Mashat, stressed the importance of creativity and innovation to create a bright future for the Yemeni people.

Al-Mashat said that council would attach great importance to science, technology and innovation, as a major guide to strengthening national sovereignty.

This came during his meeting on Tuesday with the Chairman of the Higher Authority for Science, Technology and Innovation, Dr. Mounir Al-Qadi.

President Al-Mashat added, “As the armed forces have been able to manufacture drones and long-range ballistic missiles, Yemen has many creative youth who can amaze us with their inventions and innovations in serving society and building the new Yemen.”
