Website to marry Jewish singles inaugurated in Gulf

SANAA, Nov. 02 (YPA) – A website has been inaugurated in the Gulf for the marriage of Jews and the formation of new communities, to Jews and Israelis, such as the UAE and Bahrain.

The website JSG, which calls “Jewish Singles in the Gulf,” has been launched by the Association of Jewish Communities in the Gulf (AGJC).

Rabbi Dr. Elie Abadie said that “many single Jews moved to the affluent Gulf region to work and find new horizons, hence the idea of establishing the site.”

Abadie continued: “We are starting with a website and hope to grow this into singles events, to marry off Jews,” adding that “dozens of unmarried men and women have expressed interest in the site.”

He went on to say, “It is so important for us to work with singles living in our region to help them find relationships with other Jews.”
