Popular march held in Ibb to mark September revolution

IBB, Sept. 21 (YPA) – A massive popular march was organized in Ibb province on Tuesday to mark the 7th anniversary of September 21 revolution.

At the march, thousands of participants raised the republican flag and chanted slogans and chants expressing the importance of the anniversary.

They stressed the importance of continuing to consolidate the principles of the revolution and standing by the Yemeni army and popular forces in the face of the Saudi-led coalition.

The governor Abdul Wahed Salah, during the march, pointed out that the revolution of 21 embodied the meanings of steadfastness, independence of decision and the dropping of guardianship, noting that it is an extension of the Yemeni revolution of September 26 and October 14.

Salah indicated to the forces of aggression came to Yemen for their interests and the implementation of its agenda to seize its wealth.

He said, “If the coalition countries were interested in Yemen, its security and stability, the occupied territories of south would not witness chaos, assassinations and lawlessness.”

The governor urged more cohesion and steadfastness to face the aggression, in additional to support the fronts with convoys of fighter men.
