LONDON, Sept. 08 (YPA) – Saudi Aramco company is still in a state of closure in the eastern region due to the missile attack and drones of the Yemeni army last Sunday, Reuters news agency said Tuesday.
The agency added that Saudi Aramco closed its facilities in Dhahran and Ras Tanura, which include a large-scale oil infrastructure.
On Sunday, the Yemeni Armed Forces spokesman, Brigadier General Yahya Sarie, announced the targeting of Aramco facilities in Ras al-Tanura in Dammam region, eastern Saudi Arabia, with eight Sammad 3 drones and a Zulfiqar ballistic missile, within the operation called “the 7th Deterrence Balance.”
Aramco facilities in the regions of Jeddah, Jizan and Najran were also targeted with five Badr ballistic missiles and two Sammad 3 drones.
