SANAA, Sept. 04 (YPA) – The Israeli Broadcasting Corporation (Kan) said that opposition figures in Bahrain organized on Friday night a demonstration in the capital, Manama, against normalization with the Israeli occupation, which this month coincides with the one-year anniversary of its signing.
Videos posted on social media showed a few dozen protesters waving banners denouncing the agreement, trampling on Israeli flags, and chanting, “In our souls and blood, we will redeem you, Al-Aqsa.”
It is noteworthy that the Bahraini ambassador to occupied Palestine, Khaled Yousef Al-Jalahma, officially assumed his duties as the country’s ambassador to Tel Aviv on Tuesday.
In mid-January, the Israeli occupation appointed Itai Tagner as Chargé d’Affairs for the Israeli Embassy in Manama.
