WEST BANK, Aug. 27 (YPA) – Three Palestinians were arrested on Friday after the Israeli occupation opened fire at a their vehicle in Beit Fajjar town, south of Bethlehem in the occupied West Bank.
According to Palestinian media sources, Israeli forces opened fire at the car as it was driving along Route 60, a main traffic artery connecting the West Bank districts of Hebron and Bethlehem to Jerusalem, and chased it in the town, wounding the driver and two other passengers and causing it to flip over
The sources explained that the Zionist soldiers prevented Palestinian medics from reaching the injured and providing them with first aid. The injured were eventually detained.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces last night arrested a child from the village of Deir Nizam, northwest of Ramallah, after raiding his family’s home.
Clashes broke out between the occupation forces and the villagers, during which Israeli soldiers fired sound bombs and tear gas, the sources said.
