DHAMAR, Aug. 05 (YPA) – A tribal rally was staged on Thursday by tribes and sheikhs of Dhamar province to condemn the Saudi-led coalition’s decision to impose additional customs duties on all products and basic in Aden port.
In the rally, attended by the province’s governor Mohammed Al-Bakhaiti, stressed that the continued siege and the policy of starvation imposed by the coalition to target the Yemeni people’s steadfastness has failed.
Al-Bakhaiti pointed out that raising the price of the customs dollar came within a series of crimes of aggression against the Yemeni people, praising the measures taken by Sanaa government in maintaining the stability of the currency and food prices.
The participants affirmed that the coalition decision comes to double the suffering of the Yemeni people, holding the aggression full responsible for the negative consequences as a result of taking this decision.
The rally praised the victories made by the army and popular forces against the coalition and its mercenaries on all fronts.
