SANAA, Jun. 30 (YPA) – The Israeli occupation forces on Wednesday launched a campaign of incursions and arrests in various governorates of West Bank, affecting freed prisoners.
Palestinian sources said that clashes erupted between the youths and the occupation forces during their storming of the camp, during which live and rubber bullets and tear gas canisters were fired, wounding a young man with a live bullet to the foot, and he was taken to a hospital in Bethlehem for treatment.
The sources added that during the storming of the camp, the occupation forces arrested two Palestinian youths after raiding the homes of their relatives, and searched them.
The occupation forces also arrested three young men from Husan village, west of Bethlehem, after raiding and searching their relatives’ homes.
In Nablus, the occupation forces arrested a freed prisoner from the Al-Maajin neighborhood, a freed prisoner from the town of Rujib, east of Nablus, and a freed prisoner from Beit Dajan, east of Nablus.
The occupation forces stormed the house of the freed prisoner Islambouli in Deir in the city of Tulkarm and conducted a field investigation with him.
Jenin camp witnessed an armed clash after an occupation force stormed and arrested a young man from his house.
The occupation soldiers raided the home of the freed prisoner Hussein Hilmi Abu Shanab in the eastern neighborhood of Tulkarm.
The village of Kafr Qaddoum, east of Qalqilya, was also raided and a house was searched. The same thing happened during the storming of the town of Beit Liqia, southwest of Ramallah.
