Minister delegate in Syria meets Venezuelan counterpart

DAMASCUS, Jun. 17(YPA) – Minister delegate at the Embassy of Yemen in Syria, Radwan Al-Haimi, met on Thursday with the Venezuelan Chargé d’Affairs in the Syrian capital, Damascus.

At the meeting, the two officials discussed aspects related to activate and develop bilateral relations between Yemen and Venezuela.

The meeting touched upon Yemen’s vision for a comprehensive solution and its keenness for a just and honorable peace for the Yemeni people.

The minister al-Haimi reviewed the latest developments in the political and humanitarian situation in Yemen, as well as the Saudi siege and aggression, which committed horrific massacres against civilians and destroyed the infrastructure of the Yemeni people.

For his part, the Venezuelan Minister delegate affirmed that the Venezuelan and Yemeni peoples have proven to the world that free peoples become in a state of awareness and resistance.

Venezuela’s minister said his country’s people look with great respect at the sacrifices made by the Yemeni people in the face of aggression and its deadly weapons.
